My name is Giuseppe. I went on vacation to Maddalena island/Sardinia this summer. While I was there I found a beach called 'Trinity'! This name immediately reminded me of the favorite actor of my childhood: Terence Hill - and my favorite movie 'They Call Me Trinity'.

Terence Hill and especially this movie always had the power to make me smile. Terence and Bud are the greatest European actors and their movies have become cult!

While I was looking around the beach, I found a bar there. It is called 'They Call Me Trinity'! If you click on the picture on the left you will see a bigger version of the photo and you will be able to read the sign with the bar's name on it! The original name of the bar and title of the movie is 'Lo chiamavano Trinità'.

I asked the owner of the bar why they chose this name. He told me that it was both a way to associate to the name of the beach and also a dedication to the great actor Terence Hill. The bar even has a resemblance to the one in the movie, where Terence eats a frying pan full of beans!
